Why the name StreamLab?
The brand name StreamLab is easily associated with Logitech's StreamLab streaming software service, but there is no relationship between both;
StreamLab is a national trademark registered by INPI (National Property Institute) and the project in its involvement has existed since 2021
Streamlab project was created in 2011 by FORDOC (National Association of Young Trainers and Teachers) as part of the project CreativeLAB, a community of creatives, students and professionals in the areas of advertising, design and communication. In its initial conception, StreamLAB was a 24-hour online channel with varied streaming content, created and developed by the residents of Creative LAB – FORDOC.
On January 13, 2018, the StreamLAB project was made up of only one streamer, João Santos. Currently, the project is unique, with daily broadcasts that seek to differentiate on the Twitch platform, the main mission of these broadcasts to go beyond games.

The Streamer
João Santos, I am 25 years old forever (though I was born in 1989), I love coffee and stream since January 13, 2018. I'm a graphic designer and design trainer. I love human psychology and behavior. Video games in a nontryhard context. Cinema, Culture POP, Society, Currentity and Technology are the favorite topics of debate.
In this stream you will have mornings of Art and Graphic Design (make-believe that I work), afternoons and nights of varied content (to look young and cool). Shooter/Survival games are my scene, but there is also room for consoles, VR, among others. Debates and Just Chatting
Discussions and sessions Just Chatting are moments of more relaxed and fluid conversation, (distinguishable from the Devil's advocate). The themes arise naturally, either at the suggestion of chat or through the course of live, and cover a wide range of topics such as creative and personal development, society, culture, ethics, technology, cinema, music, games and art. The conversation can occasionally touch on more delicate matters. We avoid, but we do not exclude, topics such as clubbing, religion and politics.
Reacts
I'm not very fascinated by reactsI don't even like to create "content with the content of others." However, there are exceptions in which we watch external material, either out of curiosity, context or discussion. Still, this is not at all the main focus of the channel.
Podcast
O Podcast Tattoo is a project still under development, without final format defined. Without planning and in total improvisation, the conversation flows naturally with the guest while drawing his cartoon.
The idea is to recreate the experience of a tattoo session, where the tattoo artist talks while working. In the middle, there are challenges, games and a relaxed atmosphere in a coffee conversation format.

Devil's Lawyer
The "devil lawyer" is a dynamic to promote complex discussions on various topics. Regardless of my personal opinion or beliefs, I take the opposite position to chat, defending and counter-arguing in a logical and structured way.
The main objective of this approach is not to convince, but to explore all perspectives before reaching a conclusion. By analyzing a subject from different angles, we can better understand its nuances and, ideally, develop a more informed and thoughtful view.
ExampleLet's imagine a robbery case. Even if I was against robberies, I would take over the assailant's defense, trying to understand his motives, his context and the factors that led to his decision. In doing so, I am not justifying the crime, but looking at its background and its possible reasons, allowing a deeper and less impulsive discussion on the subject.
This exercise stimulates critical thinking and challenges absolute certainties, questioning all assumptions, encouraging a healthy and enriching debate on complex themes.
Monthly Reset, Awards and Giveaways
No last stream day of each month there is a monthly reset which consists of award of premiums ed Top Donator, Top Bits and Top Sub Gifts and Top Lurker of the month. The prizes are games of choice;
The reset also includes a dynamic that is the TimeoutGame RouletteA lucky game developed by me that turns the last day into some kind of party. With the roulette, you can win timeouts in the chat for someone of your choice, maybe you, me (streamer) or a random viewer. On roulette you can also be lucky to receive 1 or more games. You may still have the misfortune of having to give someone in the community a subscription.
The final part of the reset is composed by Monthly command counter reset (you can see which in: Commands and Integrations > TWITCH Commands (Warnings)). Viewers with the highest execution count of these commands receive free Song-Requests (no chatpoints cost) for the next month;

Caricature
The idea of cartoons is what distinguishes the stream, making it unique and innovative. Every time a viewer has his birthday, a cartoon is created. yours, which later is reproduced one painting book, notebook or special editions released at the end of each year/season. The profits of these editions are used to make a donation to a social cause chosen by chat.
The creation process begins with collecting information about the viewer, including profession, studies, passions and hobbies, to ensure that the cartoon reflects his personality. Then, during the live, a brainstorming is done with the chat while the sketch is developed, incorporating suggestions from the viewers, shared moments and any elements the birthday boy wants.
After the sketch, the painting and completion of the file. This is prepared for various formats: a digital version (Wallpapers for desktop and mobile) offered to the viewer, a version adapted for sticker sticker that, at the end of the year, integrates the Stream Chrome Notebookand outlines (outer lines) for the painting book, also part of the annual physical collection of the stream.

This pre-selection allows the caricature to be created for those we know over time, attributing an even deeper meaning to the project. In addition, it directly benefits those who accumulate enough points by watching the stream and supporting with its presence, even without being able to contribute financially. On the other hand, subscribers with more than one year also have right to a more elaborate caricature, in recognition of the financial support they offer to the channel, allowing its continuity.
Start (2018-2019)
It started in 2018, spontaneously, with the anniversary of one of the first viewers. So the project was born Birthday cakes, which started marking the mornings of the stream. The initial idea remained and evolved, becoming not only a birthday gift, but also a form of thanks to the community for continuous support, essential for the continuity of the livestream.
Season 1 (2020)
The collection of cartoons Birthday cakes took shape in 2020, inspired by the concept of a Polaroid photograph. The development of cartoons focused on the name or nickname of the viewer.
Season 2 (2021)
In 2021, the collection focused on the creation of stickers / stickers for the one that would be the first notebook released at the end of the year. The illustrations had a more personal touch, highlighting hobbies, passions and including easter eggs, internal jokes and striking moments of the streams.
Season 3 (2022)
All caricatures were designed for printing in stickers, ensuring that they would work in the production of the notebook. The process required greater care and significantly increased production time, but the same artistic lineage remained.
For those who already had caricatures from previous years, the focus was to continue the narrative of these illustrations and/or explore challenges proposed by the viewers, with varied styles for different preferences.
In addition to the annual booklet (2nd edition), each cartoon resulted in the creation of a card for the game TimeoutGame. (You can find more details about this edition in the "Special Editions" tab below).
Season 4 (2023/2024)
This collection of cartoons has emerged from viewers' requests and challenges. The final project of 2023 aimed to bring together the 120 cartoons created throughout the year in a single illustration. Inspired by the Last Supper of Da Vinci, the final image represents a multi-story building, where viewers are put together. The hotel includes several community-related easter eggs, viewers and their interests, as well as references to Twitch, stream and pop culture.
In the second part of the season, in 2024, VIEWERBOX images were created, inspired by Pop Figures and their packaging.
Both collections were gathered in a single notebook, painting book and final image, due to a delay in the production of the game TimeoutGame 2022.
Season 5 (2025)
The fifth season of caricatures was paused and eventually cancelled. There was no annual project and the streams focused on creating non-digital arts such as customization of sneakers, statues, miniatures, walls, etc.
Season 6 (2026)
This year your caricature is Head of a Monster! The drawing always follows the Your expression and real traits.

Alerts
The alert system at Stream is different than usual. Usually when an event occurs an animation, music and or effect appears announcing for example a new follower or subscriber.
Na StreamLab events activate a notification describing the event by text and are the viewers themselves that activate the alert and animation (as well as more detailed event information, e.g.: Your notification will show more information about the sub (e.g. duration or total of months as a subscriber)).
Every time an event happens, you have 30 seconds to respond to that notification and activate the alert.

Champions and Pot Talons
Each stream support action (Raids, Donations, Bits, Subscriptions and some point interactions) automatically generates a printed ticket. These beads are stored in Champions Pot until the monthly reset, where they are drawn and awarded games or other perks.
In the last stream of each month, there is a monthly reset, which includes draws and giveaways linked to the Champions Pot and TimeoutGame Roulette. This dynamic aims to thank and reward those who support the stream financially or simply for being present daily.
Each contribution above 3.99 € (Sub, Bits or Donations) generates a bead with your nickname and profile photo from Twitch. Banknotes are also created for Raids (from the streamer that performs them) and it is possible to obtain extra tickets through Twitch chatpoints.
All the books go to the Champions Pot (or "aquarium", as visible in the stream). On the last day of the month, the winners can choose a game from the list of #giveaways on Discord.
In addition, at any time, viewers can redeem a draw from Pot by points. If your ticket is selected and you are on the list of viewers present, you receive a game and/or reward.
TimeoutGame Roulette
The TimeoutGame Roulette is a game of luck or bad luck that is made before the Champions Pot draw with the viewers who want to participate. In the dynamic you can receive games, timeouts, give someone timeouts or streamer and even to answer trivia questions about the stream in exchange for prizes.
Twitch Channel Points
The Twitch Channel Points are points that viewers gain free by watching and interacting in a stream. Each channel has its own rewards, which may include highlighting messages, unlocking emotes or asking for actions when streaming. In our case there are numerous dynamics such as streamer silencer, other viewer, change camera, stream colors, draw games, interact with stream streaming software or even prohibit the use of certain words for X time.

Points System – Chromes
CHROMO Points System – The New Form of Interaction in Stream
O CHROMO Points System it is a developing innovation that will allow its followers to collect points in a similar way to Twitch Channel Points, but with a significant difference: Full control by Streamer. In this system, the points can be assigned or withdrawn at any time, offering flexibility and customization to the streamer in relation to the interaction with its community.
One of the great advantages of CHROMO Points System is the direct relationship with the value spent in stream. For example, 100 Bits (or 1€) equals 100 Points. This conversion may soon be used for followers to exchange their points for digital products exclusive or up to merchandising personalized, creating a unique and more engaging experience for everyone.
In addition, the system will aggregate a database where it will be possible to view the percentage of assisted hours, both in monthly as in annual, providing a detailed overview of the involvement of each follower. This data not only allows monitoring the growth of the community, but will also be used in the future for the allocation of custom caricatures as a means of recognizing the efforts and dedication of viewers.
Every year, with the cartoons of the viewers are released specific collections. With its profits we make a donation to a social cause of choice of Chat/Community.
Chromo notebook (Anual)
Each caricature is part of a sticker notebook with all the illustrations made along the season;Painting Book (Annual)
The idea arose in live while the outline of a caricature was being developed while fighting over the benefits of painting as a technique of relaxation and anti-anxiety for all ages (yes, our community cubs also participate!). Exporting only the lines of the drawing, a painting book with the cartoons was created.
With sheets of detachable paper so that the drawings can be removed without ruining the book and upper grass, the painting book serves to paint both with paints or watercolors like paintings with pencil/wax.
The first edition has 100 drawings selected from the 2022 Caricatures/TimeoutGame edition.
Exclusive Edition
Together we always like to think of something beyond the notebook, stickers and book. A deck and card game has already been produced for each caricature, a poster/puzzle and schedules/calendars are expected to be created for 2025;Can I buy previous book and book editions?
Not at the moment, some editions were limited to the release. However, hypotheses are being studied to reproduce the books of previous years and make them available for purchase. If you're interested in ordering any of the previous issues leave me a message.
Can I buy exclusive editions?
No, annual exclusive editions are only available for a certain time, after finishing the stock will no longer be available for sale.EX: Timeout Game – The card game was part of the exclusive collection of 2022 and is no longer for sale, so will the Hotel of 2023/2024;
Issue 2021
- Chrome Notebook ( Edition #01)
The first edition of the chrome notebook was made with all the cartoons developed between September 2020 and September 2021. The launch was made in 2022.
This notebook had 120 (104 Caricatures and 16 Emotes in Stickers) stickers, one StreamLab poster, two dedicated texts and the counter cover was designed to be totally white, served as space to exchange signatures between members of the community when they met.
Those who bought it in pre-order and had caricature made received even an extra-sticker and greater of its caricature.

2nd edition of the bookletthe chromium was made with all caricatures developed throughout the year 2022.
Made after a total of 183 caricatures with 200 stickers and a re-design More sober.
This booklet was part of the special collection TimeoutGame and part of the project were raised 1,200€ for the cause-social, animal support – chosen by chat.
The rest was thought of cost containment to make it possible to produce the entire game TimeoutGame, a deck with 182 Cards.
What was Timeoutgame?
TimeoutGame – A Twitch Chat Card Game, is a turn card game inspired by the universe UNO and Exploding Kittens. Game skills, powers and cards are cartoons of StreamLab viewers and members. The deck of this game consists of 182 Cards in total;
- The powers of the different cards are:
Viewer – No special powers;
VIP+1 – Draws +1 card from the deck;
VIP+2 – Draws +2 cards from the deck;
Hater – As hater tries to destabilize chat, in the game the same happens, reverses the order of moves;
Lurker – As the lurker is someone less talkative, in this game chooses someone to silence during the next wheel;
HypeTrain – For couples, personal friends, brothers and relatives of Stream, whenever you put together two of these letters you can exchange the pair for an extra life;
Mod – Pick a player to attack and give him a Timeout
Emote/BanAppel – This letter protects you from a Timeout attack.
Timeout – Give all the players a Ban on the table.
Anyone who does not have a letter from Ban Appeal at the time of defending himself loses a life;
There are different game modes like Speedrun (faster version for fewer people), Driving Game and Family Mode (with mini-mime games);

The production of 2023 and 2024 was delayed after the complexity of the previous project. Two years of illustrations came together in one project. This project has a much larger notebook, more stickers and a painting book. A hotel containing all the illustrations was also developed in a stream project.
This hotel will consist of several floors, and rooms. The rooms will be gymnasium, bar/discotheque, games room, racing room, etc; in which the viewers who relate to these themes will be present.
On the top floor will be the representation of Leonardo's Last Supper Da Vinci, with a table at which the streamer is accompanied by its moderators and Vips.
This final design/illustration is a poster, puzzle and will have applications in various unique merchandising pieces.
