STREAMLAB® TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ONLINE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the website and shopping at StreamLab® online store, you fully agree with the following terms and conditions.
2. REVOLUTION POLICY
2.1. Right of Resolution: Under Portuguese law, the customer has the right to settle the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without needing to indicate any reason.
2.2. Return Notification: The customer must communicate the intention to return through our customer service, available at info@streamlab.pt, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
2.3. Product Condition: Products must be returned under the original conditions, with intact packaging and all accessories included.
2.4. Return Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is motivated by product default or error in shipping.
2.5. Repayment: Upon receipt and verification of the returned products, we will refund the total purchase value, including the standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.
3. GUARANTEE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
3.1. Guarantee: All StreamLab® products have warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with laws applicable in Portugal.
3.2. Product Defective: In case of receipt of a defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for return, replacement or refund as appropriate.
